Your usage of this website and any purchase is subject to the applicable terms and conditions ('Terms') below. We work with a set of providers who setup and complete the actual experience. Providers have their own terms and conditions (available on request) and your participation is conditional on your acceptance of these. As indicated during the purchase process buying any product or service from this website indicates a complete agreement to these Terms. Any pictures or photography used on the excitinglivesuk.com Experience site in conjunction with products, experiences or track days are used as an indication only. The vehicles and locations will vary within the range available.
Session Lengths
All session lengths displayed with each experience are approximate, and are likely to vary. They are an indication only of the time you will spend on location. The providers will always try to reduce your waiting time to a minimum. Most experiences usually run in groups; therefore the itinerary in your conformation is a guide and may be subject to changes.
Restrictions
Each provider will have their own height and weight restrictions for their vehicles and equipment. Mainly for comfort and safety, these are usually height between 4’11” – 6’6” and weight below 112 kg. These will vary between providers and the different experiences, so please check before you book that you meet the requirements.
Excitinglivesuk.com will not provide refunds for customers who forfeit their booking due to failing the restriction guidelines (this will be at the discretion of the provider on the day).
Participants in any experience or track day will need to produce their full, original valid driving license before they can partake in an event.
The Weather
Some experiencess are dependant on the weather. If your experience is cancelled due to the weather you will be able to re-book, but your re-booked experience remains subject to availability and weather conditions.
Availability
All experiences are offered subject to availability. The most recent information on dates when an experience is available can be checked by contacting us. We will do our best to secure your preferred choice of dates. To help us, please book as early as possible and in any event, at least 21 days in advance and further for peak dates such as weekends or holiday periods. You should not make arrangements in connection with the experience until you have received your booking conformation.
Where specific elements of the experience such as vehicles or equipment are not available due to mechanical breakdown, we reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions on the day. If this is not possible we reserve the right to cancel the experience at short notice.
In some cases the race-course replaces old cars with newer ones and upgrades existing facilities and experiences. This is done only in rare cases mainly due to safety reasons and to provide you an improved experience. In such cases your old experience will be upgraded to the newer version of the same or higher value. We will not be able to provide a refund in such cases.
Sometimes we have to cancel an experience on a particular date for reasons beyond our control. We will do our best to notify you as soon as possible and do everything we can to offer an alternative date or time. We regret that, in these circumstances, we are unable to reimburse travel, accommodation or any other expenses you may incur in relation to the cancelled experience.
In case you are unable to use the gift vouchers within the validity period we will be happy to extend this validity for you for a reasonable period of time if we are contacted within the validity. No extensions are possible once the gift voucher has expired.
Voucher Conditions
Vouchers for a specific event may only be used for that event. Some Experiences are seasonal and may be removed/ altered or increased in price between the 'pre-season' months of October - January. In this situation your voucher may be used for a alternative event with a similar itinerary and price, or a top-up fee will be required. We advise to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Refunds and Cancellations
Please note under no circumstances can we cancel, refund or reschedule an experience or track day once booked, so please ensure you, or the person(s) you are buying the event for are able to attend.
Excitinglivesuk.com can refund or replace any voucher for a fixed admin fee of £25. This refund will only happen to the original purchaser and is available only for a period of 14 days from the purchase of your gift.
Complaints
We welcome your feedback on all of our experiences and track days. If you have a problem or complaint on the day, please bring it to the attention of the host or experience provider at the venue as soon as possible so they have a chance to put matters right.
Other Terms and Conditions
All excitinglivesuk.com experience prices are inclusive of VAT and are correct at the time of entry. We reserve the right to change the price of any product without notice.
All of our providers are reputable companies within the trade and have been carefully chosen, however, inclusion of an experience range does not mean that we guarantee the safety standards or satisfactory performance of any of our providers.
Providers have their own terms and conditions (available on request) and your participation is conditional on your acceptance of these.
Excitinglivesuk.com’s liability for any claim of breach of obligation regarding any single voucher or experience shall not exceed the price of that experience.
This excludes claims arising from personal injury or death due to the negligence of excitinglivesuk.com or anyone for whom excitinglivesuk.com is responsible.
